Little Understanding!

There seems little understanding of how others live

is common amongst those who should understand

corruption from leaders that find it hard to forgive

just wanting to rule and dominate their homeland

coldly not caring for the people’s self-preservation

as the families suffer with increasing inflation!

 

How the people are struggling with nowhere to go

endlessly wondering as their countries are dying

no support or compassion with the constant flow

lives destroyed starvation disease yet still defying

countries often judged by those at their head

with despair all around there are too many dead!

 

Surely there must be a much brighter tomorrow

can there be a strong faith to overcome sorrow

often it is the rulers creating the internal strife

while they and their cronies have the good life!

Turmoil!

A world in turmoil desperation endless war

forever on nuclear alert

where a continuously rising population

live on the edge of disaster

fed information the elite want us to hear

the truth never made clear!

 

Conflicts are perpetual few ever resolved

countless humans slaughtered

to keep the wealth for wars flowing in

no thought for the misery

or destruction of these nations generations

with endless peace delegations!

 

No limit on money spent for deadly weapons

yet to help the masses there is none

population outgrowing all natural resources

animal species no longer exist

their land needed for profitable items to grow

most extinct the rest on death row!

 

Constant threats of world nuclear annihilation

as yet the buttons not pressed

but so many nasty devices could do the job

maybe a pulse beam or microwaves

a complete computer shutdown or starvation

could equally bring our obliteration!

 

As we get through another day is our history

true or just a fabrication

conspiracy theories could well contain truth

proving we are manipulated

to believe material gain is the only objective

the elite view us in a dark perspective!

 

Enjoy these moments of freedom and joy

before our leaders all of us destroy!

Sinkhole!

Outside of the desert camp gates

a sinkhole had appeared

during the long cold dark night

their entrance blocked

patrols at the perimeter fence

found cracks so immense!

 

Anybody within were trapped

the only way out fly

but there were no helicopters

nobody knew the cause

deep concern a secret facility

it was an act of hostility!

 

Who was the enemy contact lost

communications down

alone in the middle of a desert

an unseen enemy close

vibrations beneath their feet

with nowhere to retreat!

 

How any invaders could penetrate

or attack undetected

a dark project non-existent site

caused a major threat

no time to initiate self destruct

the project was fucked!

 

Blasts grew louder from below

the ground they stood on

disintegrated as the craft rose

cylindrical and metallic

slowly emerged from the debris

leaving behind the frenzy!

 

From the small sinkhole it grew

until everything imploded

those few soldiers who survived

helplessly watched

as in silence and blink of an eye

it vanished into the sky!

 

The leaders were far from amused

the stolen technology

could lead to the their downfall

those mighty paymasters

defeated by their doomsday device

mankind paying the price!

 

Could such a scenario really happen?

Powerful!

Powerful he stood leader of the mighty nation

once they set the standard

for its authority self-approval and egotism

an economy of immense wealth

the glory days have faded no longer in control

lost now that almighty role!

 

Corruption and mistrust sour the ruling party

fear of another invasion

has weakened its structure as well as self belief

with more violence flaring

law enforcement is under a rising onslaught

where in the middle caught!

 

Other major powers are an unpredictable threat

they seem to follow satan’s law

where humankind are of no importance at all

our destruction a by-product

the separation between good and evil merging

the annihilation of cultures surging!

 

Will future leaders guide us from these dark forces

or take us further down fatal courses?

Warming!

The air is warming up those scientists say

north and south poles are melting away

seasons rapidly blending into one

as nature is unsure what man has done

uncontrollable weather is wide-spread

filling populations with a deep dread!

 

Countries once hot have conditions more cold

what kind of nightmare is about to unfold

the earth is spinning we tend to forget

as chaos and destructions delivered by jet

little has changed only modes to kill

humans should seek the peaceful will!

 

Discussions and compromise must be the rule

else pointless deaths will go on so cruel.

love and respect between man and earth

will preserve green fields and bloodless surf!

yet will mankind listen to any common sense

or as usual just watch from the fence?

 

Truth a factor few leaders and politicians know

as society around them is about to blow!
