How much of an individual are we really
watched and listened to constantly.
Just how much freedom do we have today
under cover agents computer controls.
Higher taxes squeeze us even tighter
as our bank accounts keep getting lighter.
Public money being used to bale out the rich
the fuel bills escalate restricting movement.
With public tranport getting too expensive
we struggle allowing the few to live well.
Overwhelmed with gluttony and domination
so embedded it is becoming an infestation.
You can see the frustrations now boiling over
as some countries impose harsh regimes.
While others are more subtle in their approach
the outcome is the same for the masses.
Corruption and abuse of public funds and support
will lead to democratic people being sort.
This is the way I see society everywhere today. I certainly am not taking any sides more looking at it from the view of an average guy. Certainly not rich but compared to two thirds of our world definitely not poor. One of those that used to be called working class. But you have to admit those with the money do have the power. As the saying states ‘ Money talks’. Which surely is not a good outlook for the majority!
